I referred a claimant who needed voice activated software instruction to Doug and I appreciate his expertise and flexibility with claimants and scheduling around claimant's other appointments or light-duty work. As a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) himself he fully understands what we VRCs need and will provide reports as requested. If the Claimant can set up their own computer and has some basic computer skills, all instruction can be remotely.

My current claimant has expressed her satisfaction with the voice activated software instruction and working with Doug in particular. This injured worker is college educated, and has been a medical office instructor, so she has the discernment for make a solid judgment/report of her experience.
